Hot Set Element

Hot-Set Alloy Elements  These elements can incorporate an exothermic heater, initiated during the traditional setting sequence, enabling metallurgical bonding to the casing ID for enhanced seal integrity. To avoid a separate heater run the hot-set alloy element can incorporate a Percussion-Initiated Exothermic Heater. This is a NEW wellbore construction/completion product to replace traditional elastomer packing elements, delivering the potential for higher-strength, more resilient, higher temperature, metallurgically bonded seals.
